1. Overview

At IOREADY SDN BHD, we are committed to providing high-quality software products and services. This Fulfillment and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to delivery (fulfillment) and customer refunds for our digital products and custom development services.

2. Fulfillment Policy

2.1 Digital Products (SaaS, Licenses, Downloads)

– Fulfillment is considered complete once:

  • – Access credentials (login, license key, etc.) are emailed to the client.
  • – The product is successfully delivered via download or activation.

– Delivery Time: Typically within 21 business days after payment confirmation, depending on the complexity of the product or service purchased.

2.2 Custom Software Development / Services

– Fulfillment occurs in project phases (milestones), with deliverables defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) or project contract.

– Each deliverable is subject to client review and approval based on the agreed project timeline.

– Delays caused by missing client feedback or input may affect delivery schedules.

2.3 Communication

– Order or project confirmation via email.

– Ongoing updates throughout the development lifecycle.

– Final delivery confirmation upon project handover or deployment.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Digital Products (Non-Customized)

– Refunds are not provided once the product has been delivered or activated.

– Exceptions may apply only if:

  • – The product is defective or fails to function as described.
  • – The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • – Our technical team verifies the issue and confirms that it cannot be resolved.
3.2 Custom Software Development

– No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

– Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

– Refunds may be considered for unstarted milestones under mutual agreement.

3.3 Service Subscription (SaaS)

– Subscription fees are non-refundable once access is provided.

– Clients may cancel future billing at any time; services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

– No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us with the following details:

  • – Full name and contact information
  • – Order or project reference
  • – Reason for the refund request

We will review and respond to all requests within 5–7 business days
